A COP GETS A BIBLE
An interesting event that took place in Germany; An older lady gets the idea to donate bibles to the police in her part of the town. She goes to the police station with a whole package of bibles and leaves them at the station.
It’s Christmas. One of the cops gets a bible and starts to read it. He is going through a tough time in his family and he seriously considers to take his life. He just can’t take it another Christmas. He starts to read the Bible and while he is reading the Bible he experiences that he gets new hope and that a change is taking place inside him.
He gets a personal meeting with Jesus and all his dark thoughts totally dissapear. In the meeting with Jesus his sins are forgiven. He sits down and writes a letter, where he tells the whole story about what has happened. And that’s not all, he also orders 100 Bibles to give away to people he meets in his daily life.

Since the price is so cheap everyone can buy 3 copies and always have some Bibles available to give away to someone you meet.
But there is actually no limits in what you can do. For example as a schoolgroup you can give all your classmates at school a Bible. Many schoolgroups have done that with the Street Bible. Over 75 000 copies of it has been given away in Sweden.
WE CHRISTIANS SHOULD BE AT ALL FESTIVALS
Take the chance when it is festival, city party or a football match. You can just put up a party tent and have a table with Bibles and some coffee to give away. And then you can have a sign, that for example says: ”Feel free to take a Metal Bible”. Our experience shows that many want to have a special Bible. Through this easy way thousands of Bibles have been given away on all kinds of festivals and events.
But most important, be a Bible giver in your daily life! Then you will see how exciting it is and what a joy you feel when you give away the Bible to someone. I always have Bibles in my car and often get the opportunity to give away a Bible in the Petrol Station, in the store where I shop or when I meet some youngsters, or when someone has a birthday. There are so many opportunities…
